What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat rate shipping within Canada.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via UPS.

What collar size does my dog need?

To find the right fit, measure your dog’s neck where the collar will sit. Use a soft tape measure and leave enough room to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog’s neck.

Our collar sizes: Small (S): Fits necks 28–43 cm (width: 2.0 cm)

Medium (M): Fits necks 33–51 cm (width: 2.5 cm)

Large (L): Fits necks 41–66 cm (width: 2.5 cm)

If your dog is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.

How do I care for my collar and leash?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

Do you accept returns?

Unworn product may be returned within 2 weeks.
